Ibrahim and Asad have been elected as Walsall’s Deputy Members of the UK Youth Parliament.
Ibrahim was elected on a manifesto which included public safety and creating a more inclusive community. Asad called for changes to GCSE qualifications, free university education for everyone and free travel on public transport for all young people.
Ibrahim and Asad were in the running with five other young people from other schools across Walsall. Voting took place through ballot papers in each school.
